(Swift County, MN)--Officials say 31 cats and four dogs were taken into protective custody following a search warrant.
On Tuesday the Swift County Sheriff’s Office reportedly executed a search warrant related to an animal neglect investigation in the village of Swift Falls near Benson. Law enforcement was assisted by the Animal Humane Society, Swift County Human Services and Swift County Public Health.
This case remains under investigation.
